Clear floor space where you can safely do cartwheels and handstands
Footwear and flooring surface that enables you to move without slipping and without twisting your ankles or knees

Exercise 1: Ginga - Esquiva Lateral
Exercise 2: Ginga - Aú
Exercise 3: Slow, controlled Aú to move around a partner
NOTES
Make sure that your wrists, shoulders and arms are fully warmed up before practicing Aú.
