LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Articulate 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and full pointe on Relevé and in pointe shoes or soft shoes.

  • Strengthen feet and legs.

  • Warm up for Demi-Pointe or Pointe work in centre.

  • Foot stretch (21:00-21:35)

  • Explanation of Echappé, Sous-Sus, Relevé Retiré combination (21:35-23:35)
