Lateral Breathing

Breathe with intercostal muscles while keeping the chest and belly still.

WHAT YOU NEED
Resistance band or scarf
Mirror (recommended)
Floor space to move forward and backward about four paces
Footwear and flooring that allow you to slide your feet along the floor without slipping
NOTES AND MODIFICATIONS
If you´re not familiar with basic ballet steps, then for the second exercise you can replace the Chassé to Tendu with simple walking forward and backward in time with the music and your breath.
