NOTES AND MODIFICATIONS
If you are unfamiliar with any of the ballet movements in Exercises 2-4, just do the ones that you know, or just do Exercise 1.
Try not to watch the video during the exercises. Focus on yourself and your breath. The music will begin to fade 10 seconds before the end of the exercise.
If you find yourself needing to watch the video during the exercises, then repeat each exercise until you feel comfortable doing it without the video.
Watch the explanatory section of Exercise 5 and give yourself time to memorize the choreography before beginning the exercise.
