NOTES AND MODIFICATIONS

  • If you are unfamiliar with any of the ballet movements in Exercises 2-4, just do the ones that you know, or just do Exercise 1.

  • Try not to watch the video during the exercises. Focus on yourself and your breath. The music will begin to fade 10 seconds before the end of the exercise.

  • If you find yourself needing to watch the video during the exercises, then repeat each exercise until you feel comfortable doing it without the video.

  • Watch the explanatory section of Exercise 5 and give yourself time to memorize the choreography before beginning the exercise.
