LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Strengthen outward rotator muscles in hips and inner thighs with Rond de Jambe exercises.
Strengthen core and lower body muscles on the supporting leg with Rond de Jambe exercises.
Use a Rond de Jambe en Dehors to enter into and balance in a Pirouette en Dehors position.
