  • Clear floor space where you can safely do cartwheels and handstands

  • Footwear and flooring surface that enables you to move without slipping and without twisting your ankles or knees

  • A partner (optional)

  • Exercise 2: Basic Ginga with Axé

  • After completing this lesson, reflect in a journal entry, in the video comments, or talking with your capoeira partner.
