  • Execute Demi-Plié with correct placement and mechanics in all basic foot positions.

  • Use Demi-Plié as a solid foundation from which to generate power for other movements.

CLASS SEQUENCE

  • Demi-Plié in parallel 1st Position (0:00-5:20)

  • Demi-Plié in 1st and 2nd Positions (5:20-13:00)

  • Demi-Plié in 4th Position (13:00-24:10)

  • Demi-Plié in 3rd or 5th and 4th Positions (24:10-end)
