  • Recognize the sequence of exercises for a basic ballet barre.

  • Demonstrate basic ballet steps with correct technique.

CLASS SEQUENCE

  • Alignment at Barre (0:00-1:20)

  • Demi-Plié and Relevé in basic positions (1:20-8:00)

  • Tendu and Dégagé (8:00-15:00)

  • Rond de Jambe (15:00-19:00)

  • Fondu (18:00-21:25)

  • Grand Battement (21:25-25:10)

  • Révérence (25:10-end)
