WHAT YOU NEED

  • A barre or piece of furniture you can use as a barre

  • Space to extend your leg to the front, side, and back while standing next to your barre

  • Footwear and flooring that allow you to slide your foot along the floor without slipping

NOTES AND MODIFICATIONS

  • These exercises can also be done while lying to eliminate the stress of standing on one leg.
