WHAT YOU NEED
A barre or piece of furniture you can use as a barre
Space to extend your leg to the front, side, and back while standing next to your barre
Footwear and flooring that allow you to slide your foot along the floor without slipping
NOTES AND MODIFICATIONS
These exercises can also be done while lying to eliminate the stress of standing on one leg.
